1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hawkph platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the hawkph Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the hawkph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hawkph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the hawkph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. hawkph strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. hawkph primarily serves players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hawkph or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of hawkph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

hawkph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hawkph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your hawkph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested, by submitting valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address.

hawkph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hawkph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify hawkph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

hawkph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from hawkph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

hawkph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. All transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified hawkph of a security breach in advance.

5. Deposits & Payments

hawkph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are approved for use by Filipino players in accordance with Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash (instant deposit)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposit)
• Bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, where supported)

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is stated on the hawkph deposit page and is subject to change. hawkph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Prohibited payment methods: hawkph does not accept deposits via credit card (credit cards are prohibited for funding gambling accounts under applicable Philippine regulations) or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.

Deposited funds are held in your hawkph account balance and may be used to place wagers on any available game. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except as required by applicable law or as determined by hawkph in its sole discretion in cases of verified error.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. hawkph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the hawkph withdrawal page.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• hawkph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where hawkph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

hawkph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

hawkph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, hawkph's decision shall be final.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hawkph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by hawkph or any player.

• Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• hawkph uses certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published where required by applicable regulations.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. hawkph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hawkph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your hawkph account.

hawkph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

hawkph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hawkph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of hawkph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hawkph.
• The hawkph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hawkph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond hawkph's reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that hawkph takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment gaming.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hawkph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hawkph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

hawkph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hawkph will endeavor to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting hawkph support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

hawkph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hawkph will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hawkph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and hawkph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hawkph support. hawkph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with hawkph's handling of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
