Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hawkph will endeavor to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting hawkph support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with hawkph's handling of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
